Intercity chauffeur transfers
You receive a written route dossier: pickup windows, planned stops, waiting terms and a fare band, confirmed before any booking.
Planning method
Every long-distance transfer is planned before it is priced. You receive the itinerary in writing, with departure windows and stop notes, before you confirm anything.
You name the corridor, the dates you can travel and how many stops you want. No payment and no fixed departure time at this stage.
We return a leg-by-leg plan: pickup window, each planned stop, luggage allowance, waiting terms and the route notes that affect timing.
The quote arrives as a range with the factors listed beside it, so you can see what a longer stop or a tighter window would change.
You approve the dossier and we lock the departure window written in it. The same document travels with the driver on the day.
Sample dossier
Every long-distance transfer leaves our desk as a written, leg-by-leg dossier. This abridged sample shows departure windows, planned stops and the conditions attached to each leg.
Service conditions
Waiting, planned stops, tolls, luggage and cancellation are fixed in the dossier. Nothing is settled at the kerb.
Corridor notes sit on the routes page. Send route details through the quote form.
Next step
Give us your origin, destination and the departure window you can live with. We reply with a leg-by-leg plan: pickup window, planned stops, waiting and luggage conditions, and a fare band with the notes that move it.
