Planning method

Four steps from route brief to a written dossier

Every long-distance transfer is planned before it is priced. You receive the itinerary in writing, with departure windows and stop notes, before you confirm anything.

  1. Route brief

You name the corridor, the dates you can travel and how many stops you want. No payment and no fixed departure time at this stage.

  2. Written dossier

We return a leg-by-leg plan: pickup window, each planned stop, luggage allowance, waiting terms and the route notes that affect timing.

  3. Fare band and conditions

The quote arrives as a range with the factors listed beside it, so you can see what a longer stop or a tighter window would change.

  4. Window confirmed

You approve the dossier and we lock the departure window written in it. The same document travels with the driver on the day.

Service conditions

Every term is written down before you confirm

Waiting, planned stops, tolls, luggage and cancellation are fixed in the dossier. Nothing is settled at the kerb.

Waiting time
30 minutes included at pickup, 15 minutes at each planned stop. Extra time is billed per 15-minute block and listed in the dossier.
Planned stops
Up to three per leg, each with a name, an address and a time window. Added stops change the fare band, shown before you pay.
Tolls and road fees
Included in the quoted band on listed corridors. On unlisted routes the expected toll total appears as a separate line.
Luggage
Two standard cases and one cabin bag per passenger. Oversized or extra items are confirmed in writing before departure.
Departure window
Pickup falls inside a two-hour window, confirmed in the dossier rather than as a single clock time.
Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before the window opens. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the base transfer is retained.

Corridor notes sit on the routes page. Send route details through the quote form.

Next step

Send the route. Get a written transfer dossier back.

Give us your origin, destination and the departure window you can live with. We reply with a leg-by-leg plan: pickup window, planned stops, waiting and luggage conditions, and a fare band with the notes that move it.
